When sending me an initial contact e-mail for a potential job, asking me for my current salary and Social Security Number is a really good way to get your e-mail dumped in the trash bin.

And yes, posting your resume with contact information on internet jobsites does result in scam job offers. Another good one is stating that this job is perfectly legal in the US.

All I know is that you're not supposed to take a job working for a Nigerian Prince. Even if they say it's computer work, it's all just sending out emails.

Or so I've heard.

At least the Nigerian prince I work for gives me as many free "natural herbal love enhancement" tablets as I need.

Well, sure, there's the health plan, but is there a 401K?
