The makers of TV's HORROR INCORPORATED and BOB CAME FROM OUTER SPACE invite you to GET BOMM'D!
Aesthetic Distance II Productions, the creative minds behind Twin
Cities local TV favorite HORROR INCORPORATED are auditioning for
featured roles, small speaking parts, costumed creatures and extras
for their upcoming feature film production, CHERRi BOMM, to begin
shooting this spring. The new feature-length movie from Aesthetic
Distance II Productions, the twisted minds of Thom "Uncle Ghoulie"
Lange and Tim "Carbuncle" McCall, is officially in pre-production,
for a proposed late-2007 completion date. Featuring crazed super-
heroes, giant monsters, mad scientists and freaky fetishists galore,
CHERRi BOMM is like APOCALYPSE NOW meets ELECTRA WOMAN & DYNA GIRL!
Of particular need is a female in her early to mid-twenties with
dance or movement experience and a great sense of comic timing.
There is a small stipend with this role, for a number of reasons:
Cherri Bomm being the lead role, the character being in nearly every
scene, it's a fairly large time commitment (we shoot on weekends and
rare weekday evenings); it's a somewhat physically demanding role,
with pseudo-martial arts fighting (though in a comedic manner), and
possibly some dancing; and there is the possibility of some mild
nudity (R-rated, nothing pornographic, just some bare skin).
There are many other roles available as well, from featured parts,
to bit parts to extras.
AUDITIONS are being held on SATURDAY, MAY 13th, 2006 from 12:00pm -
5:00pm at the NORTH HENNEPIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE FINE ARTS THEATER
(7411 - 85th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445). Please bring a
resume and head shot (if available), and if you really feel
ambitious, a prepared monologue. For further information, please
contact Thom Lange (writer/producer/director) at email@example.com.
