Back to work. Feeling pretty disconnected.

Got a call from 4dramatic_flair yesterday to go see Water at teh Lagoon. Had never heard of it, but I really really needed to get out of the house and spend time with people, pretty girls are a bonus.

The movie is produced by David Hamilton, who is a noted photographer with a very visible style, and his style carries into the movie. It's a thing of beauty, and the story is ancient and timeless. Up until the last several minutes, which just seem like a tacked-on subplot to politicize the whole thing.

Still, I'm glad I went. And I got some very nice and well-needed hugs.
