After the sick on Saturday, I'm still not running at top speed. I'm beginning to see a pattern on Mondays though, wondering if it has anything to do with not getting enough exercise over the weekend. Most definitely in a fuel-burning inefficiency funk. My thighs and shoulders are really stiff as well.
Project that was started this weekend got trashed, back to the drawing board last night. Came up with a possible solution that doesn't involve big balloons being inflated.
