Boring

My weight has become asymptotic. Aside from a pretty major dip over CONvergence weekend, it's been holding pretty steady +/- a pound or two, maybe a slight downward creep.

I think I need to shock my system somehow, either with a change in diet or a change in exercise. I'll probably try a diet change first, week after next when I can go grocery shopping again.

Right now, no. It is one of the possible changes though. I have a bench and weights, but no bar.

I find that I need to actually take in MORE calories every couple weeks to encourage my body to keep its metabolism up. Otherwise I get into a rut and my weight plateaus.

I didn't give a damn over CONvergence, so now I'm back on the wagon and finding that I'm satisfied with WAY less food than I think I need.

It's been a few weeks since I went grocery shopping, so I'm down to the ugly food now, and this weeks paycheck is totalled out to the IRS so I'm not into real food again until the 11th.

Gah. Canned lima beans and ravioli again.

My Sad Food is mostly whole-wheat pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil.

too po' to eat
I've been eating bread product with an egg cooked in the middle (in the microwave so I don't have to heat up the house :P).

That's been my staple for the past few days. But I just ran out of english muffins.

I am out of ramen.

BTW, I would recommend getting/occasionally borrowing a fat percentage scale. They aren't 100% accurate, but it was very gratifying to learn that I'd gained muscle and lost fat, even if I hadn't lost any net weight.
