Eight fucking hours. Eight hours, and all I have to show for it is a twenty-two foot highly engineered header beam. I was hoping to have the other two done and have a decent start on the notched joists so I could actually start framing the roof tomorrow. As it is, I probably won't get to the actual framing until this weekend, and it's supposed to rain Saturday.
