Weight for it...
Attempting to be more liquid in my diet as of late. Since that first breakpoint, I've been over the border with a variance of almost 9 lbs in a week, with a current 6 lb mean. That excursion was certainly an underpeak, but my weight has been plateauing despite the bike riding, and it's at a really frustrating level. So for the last couple days I've been hitting the Slim-Fast again, and for lunch I'm doing broth with stuff in it... a little bit of minced garlic and
hot sauce. Holy crap, is that stuff hot. A drop in a cup of soup is kickin' plenty.
I haven't been on the bike at all this week since I've been out working on the house, and realistically I've been getting a lot of calorie-burning activity in. I do plan on riding again tonight, and I'm pretty sure it's gonna hurt. I'm pretty stiff today.
I have bruises all over my arms. Partly due to the aspirin regimen, but also due to gtting whopped by various bits of wood and things while working on the porch. Considering that I was using three different forms of circular saws as well as a reciprocating saw, I'm happy with the occasional bruise instead of bloody stumpage.
Not looking good for a Halloween party at this point. I don't know if I'll even have the roof on by then.
