So we went. Ran into
mamajenzie and mag_anghusa out gallivanting. Got home and proceeded to disassemble the mangled steel bits and pile them next to the alley-- the scrap fairy will likely take them away before too long. After that, I did some cleanup in the back (it really needed it), and that's really enough for the night.
