The ECG was like an ultrasound for a baby, if your baby looked like Cthulhu.

I don't know how long a baby-ultrasound takes, but I think this was probably longer. There were several different angles (including one that actually hurt, which makes me a little nervous), and a bunch of different captures from each angle.

Won't know the results for a few days, unless it's something drastic.

Tell us as soon as you know more. We'll be waiting.

I've had baby-ultrasounds, of course. The worst part of that is drinking lots of water to keep your bladder full for a good image of the baby. By then end I was left thinking, "Yeah... cute... fingers... toes... LET ME PEE!"

As to heart stuff, I've had more than my fair share of EKGs (hoo-boy), but they're not the same thing. I'm always amazed at the way they can can tell what's going on by those images that look, like you said, vaguely-cthuloid.

Take care, Marmot Man... we're thinking about you.

**hugs**

Am thinking good, "get better soon" thoughts. No Cthulhus, no strange growths.... just a healthy marmot (without any tentacles hanging from your chin).

:-)

**more hugs**
