You need them sorted on information that is not entered into the database, specifically three new fields. That means that I have to create those new fields and add the appropriate values for each record in addition to correcting the fields that were changed as a result of this meeting. You also want them separated into two different reports with three sorting formats each.
No, you will not get those in the next 20 minutes. Telling me that you really should send those reports to the meeting attendees a day in advance will not change my answer.
Oh, and FYI: if you add items to the database after I've run the reports, those items don't show up in the reports.
