Shit. Well, I didn't get done nearly what I wanted to tonight, but I did get some done. I managed to break off the razor knife in the foam on the last cut, so I'll have to get some new blades tomorrow. Dulls the blades fast. I did break out the woodburning tool to help, but a hot knife would probably be better. I did find one that I could mail order that's about half the price of the ULINE one, but it's still kinda spendy. Ah-- stopped at 'Nards and picked up some stuff to make my own hot knife, or at least try to. First attempt failed, but the second attempt was a success. I could do one better if I can find some smaller brass tubing or rod.
