So I had these pork tenderloins in the freezer. I put them in the crock pot with a gallon or so of water, still sealed in their happy little plastic bags, turned the crock pot on high, and let 'em thaw.

That was Thursday.

Oops.

Well, as it turns out, all is damnfinepeachy. The pork pretty much roasted in its own juices because the bags kept their integrity, and it's pretty much just shredded at this point. I was dreading coming home to a house that was partly burned down, and instead I have some really well-cooked pork.

Gonna go walkies now.
