Aroo.

Software demo today went overtime by over an hour because of feedback from the demo group. Two hours were scheduled, and we called it a dead horse after 3 hours, 15 minutes.

What I really, really don't like about this is that this is where the thinking comes in from the folks who should have been doing it in the first place about design and functional elements. This always happens: we try and get requirements up front so we have some idea how to schedule what we have to do, and it's only when we're demoing the final implementation that a buttload of issues come up and the design requirements change.

Which wouldn't be a problem, except that our delivery date doesn't change.

Got 'em in the e-mail notify.

LJ uses xhtml so it eats anything in grumpy brackets. It doesn't do TT tags well though, as it still eats tabs and spaces. Havent tried .pre. yet though...

void fiddle_dee_dee(int timestamp)
{
    int grunt;
    double yer_mom;

    grunt = fellate(timestamp);
    switch(grunt)
    {
        case POODLE:
            chew_off_own_foot();
        break;
    }

    yer_mom = iswhore(grunt);
}

Incidentally, the <TT><pre> tags allow for spaces in code formatting. Woo!

Cool!

Will have to remember that... BTW, you program in ansi C, C# or C++ or Java?

Yes. I am a metaprogrammer.

My current fave is C++, but I've done ANSI and non-ANSI C, Pascal & Delphi, Java, Javascript, FORTRAN, COBOL, SNOBOL, SQL, Ada, HTML, XML, HPGL, HP-JML, P-code, G-code, and a bunch of different assemblers.

What the Hell you're doing there, and not here (in Seattle, where employers would be snapping like rabid dogs over you) is my question.

My second question woul be this: Which of those languages do you dream in? ;-)

Yeah, should be double fellate(int night).

Of course, if you void the fellate, the cash should be returned.
