Software demo today went overtime by over an hour because of feedback from the demo group. Two hours were scheduled, and we called it a dead horse after 3 hours, 15 minutes.
What I really, really don't like about this is that this is where the thinking comes in from the folks who should have been doing it in the first place about design and functional elements. This always happens: we try and get requirements up front so we have some idea how to schedule what we have to do, and it's only when we're demoing the final implementation that a buttload of issues come up and the design requirements change.
Which wouldn't be a problem, except that our delivery date doesn't change.
