Stressed out today.
1.) Work piled on a bunch more last-minute crap, changes and enhancements to the program that we're supposed to start validating on Monday.
2.) The guy working on the feature blew off a couple of the most important requirements, and just didn't program them-- he "went in his own direction". To be fair, this whole last-minute thing completely blew by the process, but it's also pointed out some critical issues in the process as a whole, and how we address features in the future. And I'm the "process guy".
3.) Another week cut off of the validation time, with no extension of delivery deadline.
