Okay, the past couple of nights I've been working on some concept sketches for the Big Broken Box™, based on a bunch of texture photos that I took of various houses and fences and such. I've tried to equalize the colors a bit more toward what I'm really looking at. The door is white, which I don't like. It's made to be painted, but I'm not sure what color to paint it yet. I'm thinking the same charcoal gray as the stucco, but I'm open to suggestions. Here are a couple of different ideas. I like the first one more, I think. It's still concept sketching, but I'm pretty much zeroing in on the look that I want.
