I made a sort of chicken paté yesterday, with chicken, carlic, peppers, horseradish, a tiny bit of miracle whip and some cider vinegar. Added some Chipotle Tabasco after the fact. Threw it all in the blender and pureed.

What I ended up with looks really bland, sort of like hummus. But the flavor is amazing, and it works well as a cracker spread.
