So I fumbled my errand-running roll. I got the stuff done that I wanted to, but made it back home way too late to do any outside work.

I did discover something cool though, which is the primary reason that I was so late. There's a place on Lyndale just north of Intermedia Arts a block or so, called Gaytee Stained Glass. I went there to see if they comissioned works since I want a stained or leaded glass piece above the door, and I wanted to see about what it would cost. Well it turns out that not only do they do comissioned pieces, they also offer classes, and I'll probably be taking stained glass classes starting in January.

The shop is sort of half museum, and wandering around was a wonderful experience. Gave me some really cool ideas. And they completely support the "art glass artisan" with tools and supplies. I think I spent close to an hour there.
