Into the tedium stuff that I need to do. Prewiring, trying to determine what stuff I'll need, like phone, ethernet, speakers, doorbell, low-voltage lighting. Drilling holes through the brick for access, but hiding the conduit behind the brickwork before I seal it up permanently. I'm thinking of adding one really big PVC conduit race for future LV stuff.

I still don't know how I'm going to wire the lighting on the outside eaves.
