ecstaticAnd I called Trey to talk to him about the extra work that the guys did, and it turns out that he had planned it that way, so it's covered... happy birthday to me. Another bit of awesome.
I will have to do some repair and painting of things like trim, but I can really really live with that. And I'm gonna see about Trey's company doing the gutters, because after all the wait, they kicked ass.
Incidentally, I found out that part of the wait was them going through a number of subcontractors because of "issues". I told him up front that my place wasn't time-critical other than the timeout on the insurance payment, which was one year.
