Emerging from the post-CONvergence haze, the list of projects has dropped to a handful of big ones:

1.) finish the porch exterior. This is a bit misleading, as I'm only talking about finishing to the point of solidity, which means that I may just go to a rough stucco instead of the stone veneer, with the plan of putting on the stone veneer later (the stone is applied to the stucco). It would get me to a completion goal and be pissing off the neighbors less. It also means taking out the front steps and replacing them with something manageable. I'd like to actually get a new set of steps poured, but I don't know if I'll be able to in the time alloted. Ideally I'd be doing some work replacing the front sidewalk too, but that may not happen yet.

1.) Styrofoam on the remaining side
2.) Hardiboard on the exterior
3.) Cut and frame vent and access holes
4.) internal framing & bracing for front & sides w/AC2
5.) tear out front steps
6.) build temporary steps
n.) ... more later ...

Hey, luno, you still have your fun toy? I should talk to you about needful things. Last we talked, you were thinking of creating a BFH...

2.) Finish "The Box", the short film:
1.) finish the footage conversion
2.) rough assembly
3.) polish & titles
4.) visual effects work
5.) sound design
6.) ADR & foley
7.) music
8.) blooper reel
9.) DVD
10.) show it

3.) Clean up the inside of the house enough to be able to have people over.
