Third call to Metro Title today. Except they aren't Metro Title anymore, they have changed names.
This time I talked to Tanya, who actually seems to be the person who deals with these things. When I explained this was my third call in a week, she was a little upset because she hadn't even heard of it yet. She was able to look up some things online, and verify that indeed the title is screwed up. And now she has promised to call me back within the hour, because she has to contact some other people to find out what was missing.
