Shoot started with a call time of 6:00. It was scheduled until around 2:00.

It went long.

I got home a little after 7:30 this morning.

If I ever mention the idea that doing the 48-hour film festival is a good idea, you have permission to stab me in the liver.

More later, after I regain consciousness.

I am more or less awake now-- and there are parts of my body that hurt that I don't even recognize.

Now I'm not the one in the worst shape. There were others that had to stay awake far longer than I, and ended up rolling around in water in the quite cold weather for far longer than any sane person would do, but sanity has never been a prerequisite for making movies. But this is all about me, not other folks, so I get to be whiny.

I know that I really need a massage. Last night I tried to crash out on the couch, and my leg muscles ended up cramping no matter which way I moved. Today they feel like wood, and I'm a bit stumpy walking around.

Definitely a low-key day.
