Unh. No energy.

I made my 800 goal yesterday. Today I feel like I was run over by a waterbed truck, and it's still parked on me. I can feel my metabolism slowing down, and I need to kick its ass. But first, I need more energy.

On the other hand, the front porch actually looks like it's been concreted. I really need to take a pressure washer to it and rid it of the weaker concrete slag, but it's actually smooth and I believe that I can build on it. I should probably look closer at the entire thing, because I think that the finishing side is probably not quite as solid as I'd like, but it's going to be pretty much covered up by lumber, so it's more important that it's structural.

Deep myth.

Exercise in patience today.

Walgreens to get a prescription refilled. They tell me a half-hour wait. That's fine-- it's busy, and I have some other items I need to get.

An hour later, I go stand in line. I finally get to the window, only to find that despite the prescription, my insurance company requires that the doctor fax a different form to them before they will authorize payment.

On the way home, I hit traffic in a weird place. Traffic was backed up for more than a block from a stoplight, and the vehicle in front of me was back up from the intersection. The cross street had a stop sign, we didn't-- but as the traffic on the backed-up block moved forward a bit, the stop-fucks jumped the intersection. Three of 'em. Cycled through two stoplights before I got to move a block.

But I'm finally home. And I'm gonna relax tonight.
