Apparently I have roofers.
They showed up this morning.
Some concern that the roof decking will have to be replaced. I figured that would be a possibility, which is why I didn't go whole-hog into getting a bunch of work done based solely on estimates.
They may be done by tonight. That I wasn't expecting, I was figuring days.
It's an exciting time.
