Post 3 things you've done in your lifetime that you don't think anybody else on your friends list has done.

See if anybody else responds with "I've done that."
Ask your friends do this in their journals to see what unique things they've done.

I did more than three. I figure that there may be some of these that aren't entirely unique.

There are probably more, but this is enough for now.

Dang-- it's been a year since Pray for Daylight was in the theater. And a year ago I was... well, I was working on the facade, quelle surprise.

Looking back on the year, it's kind of amazing how some things have changed dramatically, while others that I would like to have changed more have remained almost static.

Weirdly, the pinched nerve in my shoulder made an appearance two years ago at around this same time. Seems like something to bring up with the doc when I see him on Friday. I'm willing to bet that he will shove some exercises my way that I already know.

I also had an idea a couple of years ago for a fake hot tub using an inflatable pool and solar heating that's one of those why-didn't-I-do-it-then things. Being all floaty in a nice warm thing just sounds rather marvelous. Apparently the reason I held it off was because I had other projects that were taking up my time, and I was sort of doing the carrot-and-stick thing, which really didn't work. I really should consider my motivations for things since I seem to be stagnating a whole lot.

After the con.

1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicize those you intend to read.
3) Underline the books you LOVE.
4) Strike out the books you have no intention of ever reading, or were forced to read at school and hated.
5) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read 6 and force books upon them ;-)
