There is another one that I may try tomorrow that is right across the road, if the spirit moves me.
Riding the bike... it's now a habit, which is what I was going for. I'm still sitting on the edge of whether I am looking forward to it or whether it's a chore every day.
I've been charting my progress with a spreadsheet. It's been less than a month since I started charting, so it's difficult to see progress, but it is there:
week 1: 282.75
week 2: 334.5
week 3: 339.5
week 4: 368
My calves are freaking incredible. I've always had huge calves (they're really cows), but now they are starting to get definition that they haven't had before. And my shoulders and upper arms are starting to become noticeable. The rest of me is still pretty tapioca-like, which is of course frustrating. I'm pretty sure that my abdominal muscles are stronger, but I just can't see them yet.
I am eagerly awaiting the opening of the exercise facility at the apartment complex. They're already behind schedule.
I'm realizing that I'm becoming a legs-and-ass man. I am very attracted to dancer's thighs. But I am more attracted to actors. I need to find me an actor/dancer with a great ass.
