Mausoleum doors are designed to swing inward, not outward.

Make sense. Easier to carry things in. tTpically things aren't supposed to be carried out.

I just found it interesting because almost all public buildings are required to have exit doors that open out. It's a fire code, so that in a panic, people pushing at the door will be able to get out.
Compare that with most homes where the front door opens inwards. I've never really understood the difference, except that it puts the hinges on the inside.
