New Residue-free Chicken Nodes

Meat-thing last night. Crock pot cookery, which I haven't done in a while, and this morning I was awakened to the simmering smell of seasoned beef pot roast. Don't know how it tastes yet, but I'll find out at lunch.

Stressed out over the porch construction. I have a very narrow window of opportunity to get this done, or it will have to wait until spring. And I really don't want to leave the whole front of the house exposed to winter.
Trouble is I don't know if the plans will be approved in time to get the construction permit. So I could either go ahead with the construction as the permit is pending, or I could do a temporary winterization of the front and wait until next spring/summer.

It's a lot of work.

This is the phrase that I keep hearing from different corners of the globe when I talk about plans. Plans for the house, plans for myself, plans for the future. Yes, it's a lot of work. And the only way it will become less work is if I do the work. Please don't get in my way.
