Fuck.

Just fuck.

Concrete is $1100.00 minimum. Soonest it can be delivered is Tuesday. I need to be here to manhandle the hose.

I may not be able to pay to have it delivered, which means it would be delayed until spring. Concrete can't freeze, or it's worthless.

And it takes a week minimum (a month is better) after it's poured before you can build on it.

As I said, fuck.
