Ganked from chebutykin and others:

The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really we know nothing aboot each other.

I want you to ask me something you think you should know aboot me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about.

Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find oot what people don't know about you, eh?

(changed to the Canadian pronunciation for vackovich's sake. )

What is your family structure? Are your parents alive? Do you have siblings? Do you like each other?

What is, in your opinion, the world's most perfect food?

Oy.

I'm not sure if I could pick one, but the ones that come to mind are nectarines and strawberries. Fresh fruit in general.

How long were you with Stevie Rays? Why did you start taking improv classes with him? Why did you stop?

11 years.
I was actually recommended to Steve by a friend in college who was a teacher (though that student-teacher relationship was a little on the naughty side). I liked what he was doing, and I really got into improv, like a junkie.
I originally stopped because of money issues-- couldn't afford the classes. I really ended up getting into the production side of things, being a producer and director, which fulfills my creative need without the adrenaline-junkie rush that was causing me issues.

Have you always lived in Minnesota? (Save for your current stint in Iowa.)

No. I lived and worked in Sterling, Colorado for a little over a year ('82-83). And I went to a year of college in Grand Forks in 1981..

What film project do you consider your best work thus far?

For content, effects, and art design: the Dead Zone commercials.

For Lighting & Cinematography: probably Pray for Daylight: Hunter. Close second would be The Thing That Happened.

Sound work would probably be Made out of People (which really isn't a film project, but I still count it.

Lots of room for improvement. :)
