30 minutes on the bike, 60 minutes of weights. It feels good to burn. I'm trying to reach an optimum workout schedule where I can maximize what I can do without hurting myself in the process. Tonights workout did get more intense than the last few-- I'm kinda ramping up.
Discovered that I definitely need work on the shoulders. Ow.
