It never fails

You know, I would consider it a bad idea to change the structure
of the files stored in the source code control system while the
developers are working on the project.

I'd consider it an even worse idea to change it without telling the
developers that are working on it until the next day.

And changing it so that to access those files we have to load a
completely new SCCS project is really dumb.

And then not allowing the developers to have access to that new project
is nigh unto unspeakable idiocy.

Of course, it may just be me.
