I got the stairs done, and the deck post-and-beam bed installed. That may not seem like all that much, but it involved a lot of detail work and treating pieces of cut wood so they wouldn't rot, and the leveling and stuff.
The stairs for the new deck. They are tipped up just to get them out of the way.
The deck bed. The joists and frame will go on top of this. The wood is different colors because I'm using salvaged wood for the posts & beams.
A bigger view. Sadie looks concerned because every time she tries to go out the back door, there's something different.
Everything needs to be cleaned after it's all in place, but for now I'm going for functional.
