It was a good laser printer, an HP Laserjet 4 that I got around 10 years ago when I was working on printers. The first of its breed to do 600 DPI real resolution.
I think the power supply gave out, because now it simply doesn't turn the motors anymore during its normal power-up cycle. Of course, I need to do some major printing, so it figures it would be now.

I think I have a bubblejet that may work in the interim, but I'm gonna have to start looking for a new printer. It's sad.
