We're done with shooting excruciatingly fatiguing long nights, wrangling equipment in and out of the truck, crawling on the floor, getting sweaty and dirty and bloody.
Well, at least until next time. :)
There's still more to do. We have some second unit stuff that needs to be shot, there is the dialogue replacement (dear god, is there dialogue replacement), color correction, digital effects, sound mixing, editing... all the post-production stuff. The happy part is that it doesn't need sixty people to support it, and we don't have to get it done by 11:00 because somebody is breathing down our necks.
It's time-consuming. And there's a lot that needs to be done. It's gonna be months. But man, does it feel good to have this part done.
Now I have to figure out what I'm gonna do with all the equipment that's been living in my truck for the last couple of months.
