Started taking amino acid suppliments. L-Tyrosine and SAMe in the morning, and GABA and 5-HTP at night.
Short-term: seems like the L-Tyrosine/SAMe may be doing some good. Hard to say after one day, but I seem less likely to be "down", and more able to communicate.
I'm a little concerned about the 5-HTP. Last time I tried that by itself, I felt horrible. I love the GABA though.
